There will be four types of residences to choose from. Construction has started, and completion is scheduled for first half of 2011.
A reservations fee of US$5,000 (condo), US$10,000 (villa) is required. This is followed by 30% of the sale price within 30 days of signing the sale/purchase agreement. Stage payments are required throughout the construction with 10% payable upon handover.
The ownership at Anantara Uluwatu Bali villa or condo will be on a fully legal and accepted strata title (HGB). The modern residences are sold with a 45-year lease, expiring on 2055.
