Purchase Details

Prices are for leasehold or Thai freehold purchases. For Foreign Freehold Purchases, add THB 1 million.

A 2% deposit is required when reserving the unit. This is followed by 13% of the purchase price within 15 days after having reserved the villa. The balance, i.e. 85%, is required upon completion. Most units are already completed.

Construction has already started on Baan Yamu Residences, and the entire resort is scheduled for opening in summer 2009. It will be built in three phases. First phase has already been completed with the second phase will be completed by 2010. The following phases will be completed as sold.
